If this is your introduction to PR Model Railway Products, welcome to a varied range of kits for the modern image 7mm modeller.

At the present time we stock some 28 different types of diesel loco kits and various electric loco kits

Our range also extends to detailing kits for the Lima class 33 and the Novo Hymek.

We also produce a range of modern image wagons together with MK2 and MK3  coaches.

We can also supply some spares and detailing items – please enquire for any unlisted items – we may be able to help.
In conjunction with the launch of our HST Power Car, we have been working with Skytrex to produce replacement coach sides to bring you the missing coaches for your rake. This includes a buffet and TGSO. 

In addition, we will be looking at some loco hauled variants with an additional add on pack to convert the Skytrex coach.

About Us



We are a small family run business that share a passion for modern image O gauge. As full time parents and working full time, PRMRP is run in our spare time and as such we try and be available as much as we can however there are times when the world of trains just has to wait!!! 

Following feedback over the years we acknowledge that a degree of alchemy has been required to get the curves right on our HST Power Car kit and as a result, we have be working on the production of a new version with the help of Arun Sharma.

The kit has resin ends and a brass body which eases construction.

We are now please to be able to offer a revised version that has been designed to run with the Skytrex Mark 3 coach. 

We acknowledge that there is only an open currently available (enquire at Skytrex as website is yet to be updated) and are working on a replacement side to cover a buffet and TGSO. Please note that there is a difference in height from the original version we offer so the new Power Car is not compatible with our existing brass Mark 3's.
